My Roots – A Life Between Two Worlds
My name is Danillo, and I’m not your average personal trainer.
I was raised between Stockholm, Sweden and the Canary Islands, Spain – two completely different worlds that shaped not just my mindset, but my approach to life.
That mix of Scandinavian structure and Southern warmth flows through everything I do.
To this day, I split my time between the two and coach clients all over the world, from Europe to the US and beyond.

I work with both women and men – everyday people who are ready to take control of their health, body, and mindset. Some want to lose weight, some want to build strength, and others just want to feel like themselves again.
No matter the goal, I help you get there with clarity, structure and a plan that actually works.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or generic one-size-fits-all programs.
Everything I do is tailored to your lifestyle, your challenges, and your goals.

I’m a certified and licensed personal trainer and mental coach – because physical change doesn’t stick unless your mindset grows with it.
My coaching is never about yelling or pushing you to extremes.
It’s about guiding you with knowledge, patience and precision – and helping you build habits that make you stronger in and out of the gym.
You’ll get structure, feedback, a plan – but more importantly, someone who actually listens and cares.
